Ingredients
600 gm potatoes (boiled and mashed)
500 gm flour
250 gm sugar
Pinch of salt
Cooking oil (for frying)
How to cook:
1. Combine mashed potatoes with the flour. Mix it
2. Knead dough until a soft dough
3. Take two tablespoons of dough and flatten it
4. Put the sugar in the filling and dough, cover again. Do it until completed
5. Heat oil and fry until golden brown
