Ingredients A
100 gm peanuts (shelled and destroyed)
150 gm glutinous rice flour
4 tablespoons brown sugar
70 gm sugar
50 gm sesame seeds
How to cook:
1. Mix flour with sugar water. Mix well
2. Put the brown sugar and crushed peanuts. Mix well until dough dough
3. Prepare a baking sheet and compacting the mixture into the pan. Press neat and compact
4. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the surface of the dough
5. Take another pan and invert dough. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on the surface of the dough and press dough into a solid
6. Put it in the fridge and slice thinly to serve
