500 gm of potato starch
50 gm whipped potato
110 gm sugar
3 gm salt
8 gm format
75 ml water
75 ml milk
20 gm dry yeast
100 gm butter

How to cook:
1. Put all the ingredients except the potatoes turn into a mixing bowl. Play until a soft dough
2. Divide the dough into 55 gm and Rest for 30 minutes
