Strawberry mousse

Ingredients
250 gm of strawberry paste
200 ml water
125 gm sugar
25 g gelatin
500 gm whipping cream
1 whole strawberry (for garnish)


How to cook:
1. Cook the strawberries with water and let it boil
2. Add sugar with gelatin. Stir
3. Finally add whipping cream. Mix
4. Pour into molds and allow to cool
5. When hardened, may be served
