Ingredients
175 gm butter
250 gm castor sugar
1 egg
450 gm cake flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
50 g raisins
100 gm chocolate chips
25 gm cocoa powder
A little chocolate (for garnish)
A little brown M & M (for garnish)
How to cook:
1. Beat butter and caster sugar with wooden spoon until smooth and yellowish
2. Add egg and beat until well blended
3. Then add the cake flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix until a soft dough is well mixed
4. Put the raisins and chocolate chips and mix well. Form the dough and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes
5. Once cool, decorate with chocolate and chocolate M & M
