Best Diet Tip No. 1: Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages. People sometimes confuse thirst with hunger. So you can end up eating extra calories when an ice-cold glass of water is really what you need. "If you don't like plain water, try adding citrus or a splash of juice, or brew infused teas like mango or peach, which have lots of flavor but no calories," says Cynthia Sass, RD, a spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association.

Mini Donut

Ingredients:
1 kg plain flour
Mauripan instant yeast 10 gm (one pack)
340 ml water
1 tbsp full cream milk powder
2 eggs
200 gm margarine
60 gm sugar

How to cook:
1. Mix flour with instant yeast, water and sugar solution, baking powder, milk powder, eggs and margarine. Mix
2. Knead dough until it becomes smooth and supple
3. Circle round the dough and let stand for an hour or so twice the original size
4. Mix the dough into 1.5 cm thick and applied with a donut cutter.
5. Place in a baking pan sprinkle a little flour in and let it be where the heat for 40 minutes
6. Heat oil and fry until golden brown colored donuts.
7. Once cooked, remove and sprinkle with icing sugar before the serve
