Ingredients
1 kg sweet potato (skin peeled and cleaned)
1 kg brown sugar
1 liter of cooking oil
A little water
A little salt
How to cook:
1. Mash potatoes until smooth. Set Aside
2. Combine brown sugar, a little water and salt. Cook until thick and set aside.
3. Heat cooking oil in a wok and fry the crushed potatoes above till crisp. Remove and drain.
4. Put the potatoes into the sugar water mixture and cook on low heat.
5. Make sure the sugar in place until blended.
6. While still hot, press the potato into a round mold and do to fill
7. When cool store in an airtight container
