Ingredients A
150 gm butter
200 gm sugar
3 eggs
300 gm flour
15 gm baking powder
25 gm cocoa powder
25 gm chocolate chips
25 ml oil
150 ml milk
100 ml white chocolate (melted)
How to cook:
1. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy
2. Add the eggs bit by bit. Beat again until fluffy
3. Add flour baking powder, cocoa powder and chocolate chips. Mix batter well
4. Pour the fresh milk with a little oil. Stir until well blended
5. Pour batter into a paper mold and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
6. When cool, pour white chocolate over the surface of the muffin
