Ingredients
250 gm butter
115 gm brown sugar
165 gm castor sugar
2 eggs
300 gm chocolate chips
100 gm pine nuts (chopped)
3 gm salt
5 g baking powder (sifted)
5 gm of sodium bicarbonate (sifted)
420 gm flour (sifted)
A little taste of pandan
Little green dye
How to cook:
1. Cream butter with brown sugar and caster sugar until fluffy
2. Add the eggs bit by bit
3. Put the flour into the dough. Mix it
4. Mix a little flavoring and coloring into the batter pandan. Mix it
5. Put chocolate chips and pine nuts
6. Remove dough and form dough into a round
7. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 13-15 minutes
