Chocolate sponge

Ingredients
10 eggs
228 gm sugar
44 gm water
320 gm flour
13 gm baking powder
53 gm cocoa powder
30 gm of emulsifier

Chocolate filling
480 gm dark chocolate (chocolate ganache)
400 gm cream
60 gm melted butter

How to cook:
1. Combine ingredients into a container and mix in its blend until fluffy and light
2. Fill the cake mixture into the container and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius
3. Cool the cake is then cut into three layers
4. Choclate Pour ganache over cake and let stand in refrigerator
