"If you don't like plain water, try adding citrus or a splash of juice, or brew infused teas like mango or peach, which have lots of flavor but no calories," says Cynthia Sass, RD, a spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association.

Rainbow layer cake

Ingredients A
240 gm rice flour
120 gm flour
240 gm sugar
200 ml coconut milk
1 liter of water
1 teaspoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon pink dye
1 teaspoon red food coloring yellow
1 teaspoon red coloring
1 teaspoon red food coloring blue
1 teaspoon red food coloring green
1 teaspoon red food coloring purple

How to cook:
1. Add sugar, milk, rice flour, wheat flour, oil, salt and little water in a blender
2. Blend all ingredients until not lumpy and flat
3. Remove the mixture from the blender and add to the bowl. Add more water and stir well
4. Divide into seven sections and painted each
5. Prepare a steamer and steam for five minutes of the first layer followed by a second layer and so on
6. When cooked, remove and cool briefly before cut
