Ingredients
500 gm flour
15 gm sugar
5 gm yeast
3 gm salt
1 egg
70 gm margarine
200 ml milk
100 gm white chocolate
How to cook:
1. Whisk together sugar until well blended merjerin
2. Add egg and mix well
3. Add flour with yeast, salt and milk. Stir the mixture until a soft dough
4. Let the mixture for 15 minutes
5. Roll dough into 0.5cm thick and applied using a reference donut
6. Fry until golden brown and dipped donut with white chocolate on top
