Ingredients
300 gm mixed vegetables
250 gm minced chicken meat
1 egg
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 / 2 large onion (minced)
Skin sufficiently popia
Oil for frying
How to cook:
1. Heat a little oil. Saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add chicken and fry until cooked
3. Add the eggs and fry briefly
4. Then add the chicken cubes and stir
5. Add the mixed vegetables and fry briefly
6. Once completed, lay the skin popia and add a half teaspoon of fried. Roll and trim with a little egg white on the tip of popia skin folds. Repeat until the contents had finish
7. Heat oil and fry until crisp and golden popia. Serve with sauce, mayonnaise and tomato ketchup or chili sauce
