Ingredients A
350 gm margarine
1 cup flour
3 cups rice flour
3 tablespoons ground fennel seeds
3 tablespoons cumin powder
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
6 eggs
10 shallots
1 liter of water
A little oil for frying
How to cook:
1. Mix flour with rice flour, eggs and margarine until well blended
2. Divide mixture into two parts, the first part of the mix with two parts water and mixed with spices and onion mixture is finely blended
3. Knead the first to thin and separate. Then knead the second part until it is thin
4. Place the mixture and the two rolls up to it packs. Store dough in refrigerator for about 1 hour
5. Remove the dough and cut into thin and so may be frying over a medium-hot fire
